Irish Mule Cocktail

 7 Fresh Spearmint Leaves
 ¼ oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
 5 ½ oz Irish Whiskey {We like this one with Hell-Cat Maggie}
 4 oz Bootleg Botanicals™ Ginger Beer

Rinse and "spank" the mint to release the oils from the leaves. Add them to your favorite a copper mule mug.

Add the lime juice and Whiskey to the mug and stir all the ingredients well.

Fill the mug with ice and give everything another stir.

Add your home brewed Ginger Beer, give a final stir (slowly to retain the carbonation) and serve garnished with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
